Mission of LATAM Leadership Program
Countries are transformed by constructive leadership promoting spaces of freedom, the rule of law, democratic stability, and prosperity. Our Latina American program contributes to the social, cultural, political and economic progress of the region by fostering leaders, preparing them for effective public service, helping them develop their talents to communicate their ideas and organize others for constructive initiatives.

#LeadershipChallenge Latin America
The #Leadership Challenge has become a «rite of passage» in the development of several generations of leaders in the region. An experience unique in its kind for its intensity and high achievement demands, the #Challenge tests participants on their teamwork abilities, adaptation skills, crisis management, communications and planning skills. A 30-hour program that only 60% complete successfully, replicating the real world challenges leaders face in promoting prosperity and freedom in their countries.
Latin American Program
Over the last decade an increasing number of young leaders from other Latin American countries participate in our Leadership Training. Having trained young people from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, the demand to offer our training in those countries is strong. As of 2024 Leadership Institute Chile is organizing training programs internationally, on a regional basis, to help strengthen freedom in the Western Hemisphere.
